The Position

We are hiring for multiple teams within our Health Product – Civic Integrity org at Twitter.

A healthy public conversation elevates authentic voice, amplifies credible information, and encourages participation. Health means feeling safe from societal and individual harm on platform or off for everyone.

Our team at Twitter is seeking product managers who are committed to increasing the collective health and openness of public conversation and engagement on Twitter. Depending on your role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and building features to protect the integrity of elections on the platform, reduce misinformation and elevate credible information, or mitigate the harm caused by harmful group activity, which includes violent and extremist groups and coordinated harmful activity (such as harmful QAnon content).

You’ll build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations and many other partners to transform forward-thinking ideas into specific feature launches. This is an area where you can define industry-leading best practices and have a direct impact on the quality of conversations and engagement on Twitter.

Specifically, we are hiring Senior Product Managers for the following teams:

  • Election Integrity
  • Misleading Information
  • Harmful Group Activity

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

You might be the ideal candidate if:

  • You have a demonstrated history of delivering consumer products (5+ years) and a deep understanding of online platform health and safety.
  • You make nuanced product decisions, taking into account the diversity inherent in a large, active, global community.
  • You are a leader in the field when it comes to issues like content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other health-related initiatives.
  • You facilitate thoughtful and constructive conversations between members of your team, as well as with other members of leadership.
  • You enjoy making difficult things happen and solving the many challenges along the way.
  • You are patient, determined, flexible, and open-minded.
  • You have unimpeachable ethics and excellent judgment.
