The Role & Team:
We’re looking for someone to join the Content Operations team as our new Account Fraud Manager. The team is a diverse and global group who are passionate about keeping the marketplace clean and safe by enforcing Redbubble’s policies related to content and artist accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional groups across the business including Fraud, Legal/Policy, and customer service to help enforce our guidelines, remove bad actors from the platform, and improve the overall experience for users of Redbubble. You bring solid experience in the trust & safety space, and are a strategic and data-driven thinker. You’ll help to shape our account integrity practices while rolling up your sleeves to review accounts and prevent abusive behavior on the platform.
What you’ll do:
- You will review and remove artist accounts for abusive behavior
- You will propose and implement rules to mitigate and prevent account abuse on the platform
- You will stay current on trends across the team and business to identify potential risks and patterns
- You will advocate for legitimate artists on the platform and identify opportunities to increase trust
- You will define and track progress against objectives and key results that align with strategic vision
- You will leverage data to make decisions that will improve and optimize our approach to account integrity
What you bring:
- 2+ years experience in trust & safety for online platforms, preferably in accounts fraud
- Experience with industry-standard fraud detection tools required
- You’re an independent thinker and self-starter, able to take ownership of this area and drive immediate improvements
- Super-sharp, passionate about trust & safely and improving users’ experience on Redbubble
- Excellent communication skills with all levels and functions
